Choosing a pricing plan

MediaSignage services are available for a minimal monthly fee. SaS ( Software as a service ) enables low entry cost into a full fledged signage solution. Also with SaS you get the most bang for your buck; you simply pay for what you need and nothing more.

Our pricing plan is based on how many AIR players you wish to deploy and the total capacity disk space you require for your complete signage system. Remember that you always get unlimited number of web players, its only AIR players and total disk storage which mandates the total monthly price.

AIRPlayer and storage capacity

AIRPlayer is a software application which runs on a PC and it is essentially your signage player. The AIRPlayer requires 1 license per personal computer. Each AIRPlayer spans a single PC and unlimited number of monitors which are connected to that one PC. For example, you may have a retail store with 3 computers. The 1st computer is connected to 1 monitor, the 2nd computer is connected to 2 monitors and the 3rd computer is connected to 4 monitors ( see diagram ).

The total disk storage space required to save all of the media files is 1 GB. Thus you should subscribe to a monthly package of 3 licenses and 1 Gigabyte of storage.

Note that all of your media files ( including videos and images ) will be saved on our servers in a single central location. Each AIRPlayer will download and cache the media files to its local hard drive therefore you only need to purchase enough disk space on our web server to accommodate a single copy of the your total media files.

At anytime you may add or remove licenses as you see fit.
You can also increase or decrease your storage capacity at any time.

WebPlayers are FREE

WebPlayers do not require a license. With WebPlayers you may have unlimited number simultaneous signage connections ( unlimited number of players ).

WebPlayers enable you to provide a link to visitors online so when they click on the link they will play your signage presentation.

You should note that WebPlayers lack some of the advanced functionality included in the AIRPlayer. The AIRPlayer is designed to run in an automated fashion for months at a time.
It does not require a persistent internet connection because it is powered by a sophisticated cashing engine.

The WebPlayer is designed as a quick viewer which exposes your signage presentation to everyone online. It requires no special software installation and it does require a persistent internet connection.
